The Media-Center

... in the town council fullfills the tasks, which refere to the use of films, slides, videos, software, mediasets, scientific literature, cassettes, on the field of science and education.
Our special task is providing feature films for lessons at school.

We work with the instructions by ThILLM (Thüringer Institut für Lehrerfortbildung, Lehrerplanentwicklung und Medien).

Responsible for the MEDIA-CENTER is the town council of Sonneberg. It is a public institution for the town council and overvised by the Landrat.
There is a main institution in the town of Sonneberg and a subinstitution in the town of Neuhaus am Rennweg.
Besides schools all clubs, companies and funds and of course persons, who deal with cultural tasks can use our center, but of course schools are preferred.
